Can you rejoin the WorkSafeBC Pension Plan?

If you rejoin WorkSafeBC as an employee and you are not retired, you may be eligible to rejoin the WorkSafeBC Pension Plan.


You are eligible to rejoin the plan if you return to work for WorkSafeBC as a:

  • Permanent full-time or part-time employee
  • Temporary employee after you work two continuous years and earn a minimum of 35 per cent of the year's maximum pensionable earnings
