Becoming a member of the plan
You are eligible to join the plan if you are a permanent full-time or part-time employee of WorkSafeBC.
Am I eligible?
You are eligible to join the plan if you are a permanent full-time or part-time employee.
If you are a temporary employee, you are eligible to join if you:
- Have completed two years of continuous employment (which includes breaks of up to 52 weeks)
- Have earnings that are not less than 35 per cent of the year's maximum pensionable earnings in each of two consecutive calendar years
If you are eligible, you will be invited to enrol in the plan.
